Telephone Answering
Your calls seamlessly diverted to a number of your choice or answered by a sophisticated telephone switch in the name of your business with the option to leave a message on voice mail.

During business hours, if your line is busy or you are away from your telephone, calls are redirected to your personal voice mail box.   After business hours, calls can be automatically redirected to voice mail.

Postal Address
Have your mail redirected or held for collection at a later date. We notify you when you have post. No minimum or maximum number of items, you pay a monthly fee plus postage for re-directed mail.

Hold your business meetings in our well equipped meeting rooms.

Available daily, half daily or by the hour.

Stationary can be supplied on request, and with a little notice (24 hours) we can also supply food and refreshments for your lunchtime or evening meetings.

Typing/Secretarial Service
We can do all your correspondence, invoicing, emailing, faxing etc. Same day service, or, if you prefer, while you wait, no premium rates for prioritizing.
